began in the element manufacturing business over 27 years ago and now heads the
sales team at Thermal. His innovative ideas and many years experience in
design work ensure that you will receive the best possible product for your
particular application. Michael works closely with the design team and the
sales representatives to ensure your needs are met and that we can develop the
most efficient and cost-effective heating solution for your requirements.

Jimmy Macpherson
National Sales
Jimmy Macpherson has a vast knowledge of sales and service in the Queensland area and is
expanding his area to include all of Australia. He has
worked for several large organisations to assist in improving
their distribution, products and services. Jimmy works closely with

Nigel Kruger
QA & Recruitment Officer
Nigel oversees all training and staffing at Thermal Electric as well as organising and maintaining our Quality Assurance programs. Nigel has a number of qualifications in this area including a Certificate III in Business (Frontline Management) and a Qualified Assessor component of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Nigel also has vast experience in research and analysis, human behavioural symptoms analysis, interviewing and debriefing.
