PRODUCT FEATURES
All of our heating elements are manufactured from superior quality products.
High grade tubing and wire such as Incoloy, Stainless Steel, Titanium and Nichrome are used. First grade magnesium is used in all applications.
Unique manufacturing techniques ensure a longer life and higher watt densities can be obtained where necessary.
Flexible manufacturing allows for various element sizes to be produced. Diameters as small as 3mm up to 20mm and lengths up to 9 metres ensures that most applications can be catered for.
Our design department can advise customers on the most effective and efficient solution or we can work to customer specifications.

A minimum of 200 meg ohms insulation reading test performed.

An extremely tight radius bend can be achieved that folds back on itself.
