Terms & Conditions
- Minimum hire period's apply - see item descriptions or booking forms for details.
- Hire charge is calculated per calendar day.
- Freight charges are the responsibility of the company/person hiring the unit(s) and will be determined based on location.
- A holding deposit is required (see item description or booking form for details) upon confirmation of booking and will be refunded once the unit(s) is returned to our Coffs Harbour factory and inspected for any damage.
- Any damage evident will be costed and these costs will be deducted from the holding deposit.

Thermal Electric has made the 21kW Centrifugal Hot Box available for hire. The Hot Box is rated at 415V 21kW and comes with a 5 pin (3 phase) plug.
Specifications:
The Hot Box includes a powerful 165W electric motor delivering 450L per second.
Components include:
- Over temperature safety cut out and manual reset button (temp. of intake air should not exceed 75°C)
- Fan Run on timer
- Contactors and selector switch internal wiring all provided complete with a 2.5m long flexible lead terminated with a 3 phase 5 pin 32 amp plug
- Stainless steel finned air heating elements for rapid heat dissipation (elements rated at 240V for 3 phase, four wire Star connection)
- Powder coated finished unit, which measures 660mm long x 480mm wide x 700mm high. Weighs approx. 50kg
This Centrifugal Hot Box is available for hire for $65.00 plus GST per day (prices per unit).

Thermal's Heated Drum Trolley Rack is ideal for applications where the 205L drum is required to be mobile with its contents heated. With its heavy duty construction, it is designed for loading, moving and unloading of full drums with ease. The drum is strapped down in the horizontal position so that the contents can be easily transferred into smaller containers whilst the drum is still being heated.
This Heated Drum Trolley is available for hire for $50.00 plus GST per day (prices per unit).

Thermal's Drum heater jackets (for both IBC's and standard 205L drums) are a simple, inexpensive and safe way to heat drums without having to build a hot room. The jacket zips up to form a portable, miniature hot room around the drum or IBC.
The IBC Heater Jacket is available for hire for $60.00 plus GST per day (prices per unit).

The 205L Heater Jacket is available for hire for $40.00 plus GST per day (prices per unit).

Thermal's Base Drum Heater is idea for where the drum requires heating and is then moved onto the next production stage. Low watt density heating elements are clamped between two heavy metal plates and are temperature controlled. Max temp approx 65°C - 80°C single phase and 250°C - 300°C for 3 phase.
This Base Drum Heater is available for hire for $30.00 plus GST per day (prices per unit).

Thermal's 25kW 6 stage Resistive Load Bank is ideal for load testing stand by systems on installation and at regular intervals. The life and efficiency of diesel generators can be greatly reduced when running underloaded, causing damage to the engine, to a point where engines could stall or completely fail to start when they are needed most.
This Load Bank is available for hire for $100.00 plus GST per day (prices per unit).

Thermal's Drysafe Drying cabinet can safely dry any type of heavy duty clothing such as those used by the emergency services. The clothes are hung onto a fixed rail suspended above an electric heating element. With the doors closed, air is drawn through the base of the drier, over the heater element and through the roof mounted exhaust fan.
This Drysafe is available for hire for $80.00 plus GST per day (prices per unit).

Thermal offers four different size Industrial Drum ovens for hire. These include a 2 drum, 4 drum, 8 drum and 16 drum oven.
The 2 Drum Oven is available for hire for $180.00 plus GST per day (prices per unit).
