Thermal's experience and design service means that we are able to design and manufacture both small and large quantities of even the most difficult elements with ease. Obsolete parts or prototype elements are easily manufactured by our experienced staff with the highest quality materials and products.
All of our heating units are manufactured from superior quality products, including high grade tubing and magnesium in all applications. Some of Thermal's capabilities include:
- Tolerances of +0 - 5% can be achieved.
- Watt densities from 0.5 - 200 watts per square inch.
- A minimum of 200MΩ insulation reading test performed.
- Multitude of bends and shapes.
- Various diameter elements - 3mm to 20mm.
- An extremely tight radius bend can be achieved that folds back on itself.
- Elements up to 9 metres in length.
- All types of terminations.
