Thermal Electric offers hazardous area heaters for various applications available with IECEx certification.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thermal Electric can offer a range of explosionproof and flameproof process flow heaters.

These heaters are typically used in a number of applications, including: Fuel Gas; Natural Gas; Fuel Oils; Water; Crude Oil/Hydrocarbon Liquids; Industrial Gases; and Molecular Sieve Regeneration.

These units are available at ratings up to 5000kW with certified weatherproof terminal boxes.

Temperature classifications range from T1-T6 and all elements are specially sealed to prevent moisture ingress.

Elements can be replaced individually and easily on site without the need for special tools.

Anti-condensation heaters can also be fitted if required.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Certified immersion heaters are also available in a wide range of units up to 5000kW with weatherproof terminal boxes.

Withdrawable type elements are also available to allow element replacement without having to drain the vessel.

These heaters are often used in various applications, including: Butane/Propane Vapourisers; Glycol (TEG & MEG) Reboilers; Crude Oil; Fuel Oils; Sea Water; Tank Heating; and Industrial Gases.

 

Certified removable core heaters and 'L' shape immersion heaters are also available.

'L' shape immersion heaters are ideally suited for installation within process tanks and underground storage tanks.

The design of the heater allows for both horizontal and vertical mounting of the elements, catering for low liquid level applications or facilitating withdrawal from the top of the vessel.
