PAYMENTS

Thermal has a strict policy with regard to payment for orders and all quotations will outline the credit policy as below.

First order under $1000.00. Payment is required in full before the commencement of order; either by direct deposit, bankcard, mastercard, visa or cheque posted to us.

First order $1000.00 or over. A 25% deposit is required prior to commencement of production. The remaining 75% balance will be due prior to despatch.

Thermal is not to be held responsible for delays caused by customers failing to arrange payment as per these terms.

Account Terms. Where an account has been opened with us for a customer, our credit policy requires payment in full 30 days from end of month.

Special Orders. On some occasions customers holding an account may be asked to pay a deposit in advance to cover the purchase of any specially ordered components that cannot be used in other manufacturing instances. In these cases the customer will be advised at the time of quoting.

2. Cheque

Cheques can be made payable to Thermal Electric Elements and can be forwarded to any of our Branch Offices for processing.

3. Credit Card

We accept Mastercard and Visa. Unfortunately we are unable to accept Diners Club International or American Express (AMEX) at this time.
